Ingredients

    2 turkey breast pieces
    75g boursin garlic and herb cheese
    1 cup of chopped swiss chard (spinach can be used)

Directions

Serves 2
Slit the turkey breast (I folded mine in half) and spred cheese in and then stuff with chard.
wrap in foil and bake in oven gas 4 (350 ) for 25 mins.
