*Ronzoni, Whole Wheat Penne Rigate, 6 oz (remove)
*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)
Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup (remove)
Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
*Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 6 oz (remove)
*Jennie O Savory Seasoned Turkey Burgers, 2 serving (remove)
Basil, .5 tbsp (remove)
Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
*Fat Free Mozzarella, 0.25 cup (remove)
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
add tomatoes, paste, and mushrooms; bring to a simmer. mix ricotta and yogurt in a separate bowl with basil. stir cooked pasta into tomato sauce; return to a simmer. dot cheese/yogurt mixture into mixture in spoonfuls.
sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over top; simmer until melted. Serve with a veggie for a complete meal.
