Ingredients

1 Servining (about 12 strips) of MorningStar Farms Veggie Steak Strips Meal Starters
1/2 cup of sliced red peppers
1/2 cup of sliced green Peppers
    1/2 sliced sweet onion
    1 tsp Olive Oil
1 slice of 2% Swiss cheese (or any other low fat cheese)
1 piece of Weight Watcher's 100% Whole Wheat Pita Pocket Bread

Directions

These ingredients are for a single serving. You can make as many serving as you want by multiplying them.

In a large non stick pan with a cover, warm up 1 TBS of olive oil. Saute the MorningStar "steak" strips, the peppers and the onion until hot and done to your preference.

Remove from heat, and the cheese, cover and let the cheese melt (about 2 minutes). Uncover and mix the cheese with the "steak" and veggies.

Spoon of a piece of pita break (feel free to toast it or warm it, but you don't want it to get rigid.) Fold the pita in half and enjoy.

Makes a single satisfying serving.
