Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

1 (17.5 ounce) Box, Krusteaz Fat Free Cranberry Orange Muffin Mix
    3/4 Cup Water
    1/4 Cup Sun Dried Raisins
    2 Tbsp Pecan Halves, Crushed
    1/2 of a (15 oz) Can 100% Pure Pumpkin
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
    1/8 Tsp Cloves

Directions

Preheat oven to 350'F

Spray a 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 inch loaf pan with butter spray and flour spray.

In a bowl combine, Muffin mix, water, pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, pecans and raisins. Mix until completely combined, pour into prepared pan. *The can of the cranberries that come in the box are omitted and replaced with raisins, but you may add them if you choose, they would be considered 1/4 cranberries in heavy syrup so adjust calories accordingly*

Bake for 40-45 minutes until completely cooked.

Let cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack then transfer out of pan onto plate and let stand till cool.

You can eat with butter, cream cheese or drizzle the loaf with a cream cheese glaze.
