Mom's Turkey Meatloaf

Introduction

I love my mom's meatloaf because it is easy and yummy. So my husband claimed he hated meatloaf, despite this I decided to go ahead and make it because it doesn't have all the ingredients most meatloaf's have in them. Needless to say, HE LOVED IT! I love my mom's meatloaf because it is easy and yummy. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound Ground Turkey
    15 Saltine Crakers
    1 Egg
    3/4 cup skim or 1% Milk
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1/2 cup of onion flakes

    Points: 1 serving : 6 pts

Directions

Combine all the ingredients and place in a microwavable loaf pan and add some extra katchup to the top.
Make sure that the middle is thinner then the outer edges. Then place it covered in the microwave for 25-30 minutes.
