Ingredients

    3/4 cup Flour, whole grain
    3/4 cup Flour, white
    1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tst Salt
    1 Egg or egg replacer
    1/2 cup Soy Milk Plain Light,
    2 Tbs Margarine
    1 cup Blueberries
    1 tsp Lemon Peel

Directions

Heat oven to 375

Mix flours, baking soda, sugar and salt.

Melt margarine, mix with egg and soy milk.

Mix wet with dry, add blueberries and lemon peel.

Cook 15-20 minutes.
