2 large eggs
1 strip of green bell pepper, chopped into tiny pieces
2 thin slices of yellow onion, chopped into tiny pieces
1 small button mushroom
3 leaves of spinach
2. Chop all veggies into tiny pieces
3. Beat eggs
3. Add veggies to eggs
4. Place the ingredients into the skillet and cook about 5 min, flipping once
