    1 egg
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs


mix all ingredients together and form into 12 meatballs.

Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree F oven for 25 minutes.

put over pasta with read sauce, or make a meatball sub.

makes 4 servings of 3 meatballs each.
