Veggie Soup

Introduction

Easy veggie soup Easy veggie soup
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 package frozen veggies (whatever mix you like)
    4 cups veggie broth
    1 tsp garlic
    1 bay leaf
    1 cup whole wheat pasta (I use spirals)

Directions

I throw everything in the pot and bring it up to boil, add salt and pepper to taste (not added in recipe). I then turn it down to low heat and let it simmer for an hour or more, usually a couple hours.
For less starch I suggest cooking the pasta separate then adding when you are ready to eat.
