Ingredients



    1/3 cup Oatmeal
    1 T Peanut Butter, or any nut butter
    1/2 scoop EAS Whey Protein Powder Chocolate
    1/8 cup Milk, nonfat (can use soy or any milk of choice)
    1/8 cup Pumpkin or banana, or for an extra treat add chocolate chips or raisins, nuts or whatever else yumminess you like
    cinnamon and artificial sweetener if desired.

Directions

In a small bowl, add oats, 1 tbs nut butter and protein powder. Stir to combine and use the spoon to break up the nut butter until you have a nice crumbly mixture. Add milk and pumpkin or extra treat. Spread out on small plate and put the cookie in the fridge overnight. Eat with spoon. Makes one serving. 275 calories, 26 carb, 20 protein, 10 fat.
