* Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.2 cup
* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
*Nutritional Yeast Flakes, 5 tbsp
*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
*Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp
*Water, 1/2 cup
put the veggies in a blender and add the other ingredients. blend until smooth.
makes 4 servings (approx 1/4 cup per serving
use as a sauce over cooked veggies like broccoli or spinach. enjoy!
