We had this for a snack today. I honestly can't tell the difference between the regular version and this one. :-) Enjoy!

  • I didn't have cottage cheese, so I used 3 tbsp of light cream cheese and a tbsp of parmesan. I replaced the Knorr with a tbsp of Vegeta and added a tsp of garlic powder. Turned out very good. - 2/10/13

  • This so awesome! I had it w/triscuit thins for lunch today. The cottage cheese is a PAIN to blend in a stand blender, so I am getting a stick blender for next time. Will try extra spinach next time too - 2/18/10

  • Made this with fat free cottage cheese. My SO said he wouldn't eat it with cottage cheese (I made him anyway) and he said it was good too! - 8/24/09

  • I haven't tried this version but I make the original but I have found its better with 2 packs of spinach (heat in microwave for 8-10mins then drain very well/squeeze all liquid out) use less mayo and lil more sourcream. I use the light or no fat kind. I will def try with the cottage cheese. :) - 7/27/09

You're quite welcome! This version is slightly thicker than the regular version due to not having all the mayo. But if you feel it's too thick, you can always add a touch more to your liking. :-)
