White Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

    Heavy Cream : Chocolate
    in a 1 to 2 ratio.
    I used 150ml heavy cream and 300g of white chocolate.
    Filling. eg 24 nuts. I used almonds

Directions

Boil cream and whisk in chocolate. (off heat)
leave to cool in fridge for at least 5 hours.
Roll into balls and insert filling. Dust on cocoa or dip into melted chocolate.
