Peachy Keen Crumble

Introduction

This was made using cans of peaches and mandarin oranges out of my pantry. This was made using cans of peaches and mandarin oranges out of my pantry.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    29 oz. can peaches, drained
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
    2 t Splenda
    1/4 cup walnut pieces (or other nut of your choice)
    1/2 c oats
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2 T unsalted butter, chilled and petite-cubed
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    Pinch nutmeg

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.

Put peaches and orange segments into an 8 or 9 inch baking pan. Mix all other ingredients together. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.

Bake 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Recipe makes six generous servings.
