I 15.5oz can Goya Dark Red Kidney beans
1 15.5oz can Goya Chick Peas
1 15.5oz can Goya Blackeye Peas
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup Ken's Light Balsamic Vinagarette Dressing
I added some feta cheese to mine and this would be yummy with tuna mixed in!
Makes 8 - 6oz servings.
