Mediterranean Salad

Submitted by: WINGSOFCHANGE

Introduction

Being that I'm half Greek, I grew up eating tomato, cucumber, and feta salads. This is my version from my childhood memories. I sometimes sprinkle toasted pine nuts on top with some extra basil. It's good with grilled chicken and orzo or rice. Being that I'm half Greek, I grew up eating tomato, cucumber, and feta salads. This is my version from my childhood memories.
