Lemon Grilled Salmon

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 tsp Lemon-Pepper
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1-1/2 lb Salmon Filet
    1/4 C Brown Sugar
    3Tbs Chicken Broth
    3 Tbs Canola Oil
    3 Tbs Low Salt Soy Sauce
    Lemon Sliced
    Green Onions / Chives Chopped

Directions

At lest 1 hour before cooking clean Salmon. Pat dry, sprinkle with Lemon Pepper & Garlic Powder. Place into Large Ziplock Baggie. Mix together the Brown Sugar, Chicken Broth, Oil, and Soy Sauce. Pour over fish. Place chopped green onion & Lemon Slices over fish marinate at lest 1 hour or over night. Heat Grill place skin down directely onto grill cook 20 Minutes (or till done)
