2 cups macaroni (I used Barilla mini farfalle but calculated using elbow macaroni)
1.75 cups 1% milk
8 0z Food lion mild cheddar cheese
.25 cup white flour
Meanwhile melt margarine in saucepan.
Add flour. Add milk and bring to boil. Boil for one minute, whisking to prevent scalding. Remove from heat and add cheese.
Mix macaroni and cheese sauce in casserole dish. Bake @ 375 for 30 minutes.
