    5 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
    1 CUP SUGAR
    1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
    7 TSP BAKING POWDER
    1 TSP SALT
    3 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL
    6 TBSP FLAX SEED MILLED
    2/3 CUP MILK
    2 EGGS
    2 CUPS ALMOND SLICED AND CHOPPED
