Introduction

Ingredients

    Honey, 1/4 cup
    Yellow Mustard, 1/3 cup
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large ziploc bag. Place the meat to be marinated inside the bag, close it up, and mix it by shaking it around. Refrigerate for at least half an hour, up to 2 days. The longer you marinate the meat, the better the outcome. Prepare marinated item as usual.
