1/2 C. Honey
1/4 C. natural peanut butter, sugarless
2.5 C. Puffed Brown Rice
1/2 C. Sunflower Seeds, without salt, hulled
1/4 C. Almond slivers
Raisins, 1 miniature box (.5 oz)
1/3 C. Ocean Spray, Craisins-Dried Cranberries
2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon (opptional)
Heat up honey and peanut butter till just start to simmer and pour over dry ingredients. Mix together well.
Line 9x11 pan with baking sheet and using wet hands (after contents have COOLED) spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
Freeze for about 20-30 min.
Makes 16 rectangles
For more gooey squares, use fewer dry ingredients
