papdi nearly 6 Tamarind chutney nearly 2.5 tbsp Coriander chutney - 2 tsp Sev fried - around a handful - 10 gms boiled diced potatoes - 0.5 cup tomatoes - 0.5 cup chopped onions - finely chopped 1 tbsp coriander leaf dressing
spread the papdi on a plate. place on top of each papdi a few chopped potatoes, tomatoes and onions. Pour in the tamarind sauce and then the coriander chutney. Dressing is done usually with the sev and coriander leaf on top. Serve fresh as soon as preparation.
