Ground Turkey Breast Chili

Ingredients

    Baked beans, plain or vegetarian, 1.6 cup (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)
    *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 cup (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Turkey breast meat, 16 ounce(s) (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup pieces (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

chop all veggies
saute onion and garlic until soft
add chopped peppers for a few minutes
dump in crock pot
add raw ground turkey and brown, using a fork to break up, cooks very quickly, dump in crock pot
add can of beans in tomato sauce
add can kidney beans
add chopped mushrooms
add can tomato sauce
add can tomato paste
season to your taste, I use fresh basil and oregano, crushed red pepper flakes and chili seasoning
Cook in crockpot at least 5 hours on low, can cook upto 10 hours on low.
