Ingredients

    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 5 strips (remove)
    Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, strips (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Oyster Sauce, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, grated (remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices (remove)

Directions

Put oil in pan let get hot add all veggies and cook till almost done. Add Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce along with a little water. cook till tender.

You and eat by them self or you could put over rice.
