Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *Thin, skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4) or thick, skinless, boneless chicken breasts (2)
    *Smooth peanut butter
    *Soy sauce

Directions

(1)Take the thick chicken breasts and cut it in half horizontally. If still thick, beat with a meat mallet until thin.
(2)Mix peanut butter and soy together until well blended
(3)Set oven to high broil
(4)Coat chicken with peanut butter and soy blend
(5)Put chicken in oven and watch carefully. Turn over in 2-5 minutes
(6) Cool and eat
