Introduction

This low calorie - low fat soup has a kick to it. Around 150 calories for three cups it satisfies! Serve with cornbread or tortillas to help cool it down. Very spicy!

Ingredients

    2 Beef Broth Cube
    2 cups water
    1 cup pictsweet authentic mexican seasoned corn and black beans
    1/4 cup Frozen Carrots
    1 T Salsa
    1 T Corn Starch

    To Taste add:
    Chili powder
    Cumin Powder
    Garlic Powder
    Salt

Directions

Combine broth cubes, seasonings, and vegetables. Cook over low heat until throughly heated. Mix cornstarch with small amount of water, add to soup cook until thickened.

Serve with tortillas or cornbread.
Makes one serving.
