1/2 cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup Skim Milk
1 Tbs Natural Peanut Butter
1 Small Banana
1 cup (or a handful) Spinach
2-3 Ice Cubes
Add Banana & Peanut Butter to mix and blend.
Last, add Spinach and Ice Cubes and mix well.
This is much better cold, refrigeration is suggested!
