Ingredients

1 pound spinach (or chard or kale)
    1 small chili pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    1/3 onion, chopped
    1-inch ginger, peeled
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil

Directions

Wash and chop greens into bite-size pieces. Chop chili, garlic, onion, ginger, and water in blender or food processor until in small pieces. Pour blended spice mixture into wok or frying pan. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Heat until sizzling, then add kale or spinach to wok. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until greens are limp. You can also just chop the seasonings instead of blending them.
