Introduction

I love these. They are very versatile. They can be eaten plain, in a melt, as a burger, with a salad. you name it. They a healthy(full of omega 3) flavorful and filling. I love these. They are very versatile. They can be eaten plain, in a melt, as a burger, with a salad. you name it. They a healthy(full of omega 3) flavorful and filling.

Ingredients

    Combine tuna, egg, garlic salt, & pepper for taste. Heat a skillet On med to med high heat. add olive oil to hot pan. Meanwhile shape patties out of the tuna mixture. Take a bowl and add breadcrumbs to it. cover your patty with bread crumbs on both sides. place in hot oil. Cook until browned on both sides. Serve with green onion sprinkles or by itself. They also good with lemon and dill sauce.
