Introduction

Parsnips have a creamy taste. These are much like potato pancakes. A great way to get some vegetables in. Parsnips have a creamy taste. These are much like potato pancakes. A great way to get some vegetables in.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Flour
    1 Egg - beaten
    2 oz Chicken Broth
    1 dash salt
    1 dash pepper
    1 9" Parsnip, Grated
    1/4 Cup Onion

Directions

Beat egg and mix in chicken broth, salt, pepper. Mix parsnip and onion. Add Flour and egg mixture. Form into patties. Grill on each side until golden brown.

Really good with a little butter on them.
