1 Baked Potato
.25 C non-fat milk
.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 T butter
2 T Bacon Bits
1.Bake a potato either in the microwave or in the oven at 425 for 40-60 minutes after poking the potato with a fork.
2. Once baked, cut the potato lengthwise about 1/3 from the top.
3. Scoop out potato and place in a bowl, add milk, bacon bits and 2 T of cheese. Mash together.
4. Place mashed potato back in the skin of the potato. Top with last T of cheese.
5. Place under broiler for a few minutes until cheese is melted
