Granola Bars

Introduction

Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    4c. Rolled Oats
    2c. Wheat Germ
    1c. Coconut
    1c. Dry Skim Milk Powder
    1c. Brown Sugar
    3/4c. Oil
    1/2c. Water
    1c. Chocolate Chips

Directions

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix throughly with well oiled hands. Once mixed, pour out into a large cookie sheet (with edges) and press down. Cover with wax paper and press down by rolling with a rolling pin. Bake uncovered at 250 degrees F for 1 hour. Cut into 40 pieces (5x8) using a pizza cutter while still warm.

(Hint: the more you mix with your hands, the better the result)
