Introduction

This is a nice fresh side dish. If you eat one portion, it will give you four vegtable requirements and it also taste great! This is a nice fresh side dish. If you eat one portion, it will give you four vegtable requirements and it also taste great!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup fresh broccoli, 1/2 cup cauliflour, 40 grams fetta cheese, 1/4 cup raw onion, 1/2 cup chopped carrot and 2 tbsp italian dressing.

Directions

Cut the broccoli, cauliflour, onion, and carrots in small bitesize pieces. Place all the cut vegtables in a large bowel and add the italian dressing then mix well. Pour on plate or bowel and add the fetta.
