Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef
    3 bell peppers
    1 to 4 hot peppers chopped, depending on variety, or 2tbs chili powder for heat.
    2 onions chopped
    2 cans beans
    2 cans of diced tomatoes
    2 5 oz cans mushrooms
    1 small can tomato paste
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp orange peel.
    6 cups water

Directions

brown ground beef. in either a crockpot or dutch oven, add all ingredients. cook on high setting for 3 hours, or simmer on low 5. makes 8 2 cup servings.
