My Cottage cheese Salad

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    24 oz carton 1% cottage cheese
    1 ripe red tomato
    6 green onions, chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, diced

Directions

Chop all veggies and add to cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. I have added other veggies to round out salad, such as finely diced carrots, cucumbers or even fresh chopped broccoli.
