Ingredients

    1 tsp margarine
    1.5 medium zucchini, julienne with peel
    1 tbsp orange juice
    1/2 tsp cornstarch
    2 tsp fresh chopped dill
    sprinkle pepper

Directions

1. Fry zucchini in margarine for 3 minutes, stirring often.

2. Stir orange juice into cornstarch in small cup. Add to zucchini, stirring constantly until boiling and thickened.

3. Add dill and pepper and heat for another minute.
