Tuna Casserole with Potato Chip Crust

Introduction

This is something that my mom used to fix for me when I was younger. Now I fix it for my own family. My daughter adds a little bit of milk to the mixture. Ingredients

    2 cups Healthy Harvest Xtra Wide Noodles, 2 cans Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup,4 5-oz. cans StarKist Tuna in water, drained, 4 cups of Lays Classic Potato Chips, crushed

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, mix the soup, tuna and one handful chips in a large bowl. Add noodles to the mixture when done and mix well. Spread the rest of the chips on top to make crust. Place in a dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
