Ingredients

    1 small banana, peeled and frozen
    1/2 container Rachel's Blueberry Pomegranite Lofat Yogurt
    1 scoop Whole Foods Vanilla Protein Powder
    1/2 TB Ground flax seed
    1/8 cup frozen raspberries
    1/8 cup frozen blueberries
    1/8 cup orange juice
    1/8 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
    2 ice cubes

Directions

Freeze fruit night before. Combine all ingredients in a blender with two ice cubes and blend until smooth.
