Introduction

High protein & with a little bit of GOOD fat. Mustard moistens this tuna salad without adding calories. High protein & with a little bit of GOOD fat. Mustard moistens this tuna salad without adding calories.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Tuna, 1 "family size" bag (11 oz)
    Garlic, minced, 1 heaping tbsp
    Dill pickles, chopped, 6 spears
    Canola mayonnaise, 4 heaping spoonfuls
    Green pepper, chopped, 1 whole
    Onion, chopped, half medium
    Yellow mustard, ~1/2 cup
    Basil to taste
    Dill to taste

Directions

Chop vegetable ingredients as finely as you desire.

Mix tuna with mayonnaise. Add chopped veggies, dill, and basil and mix well.

Add mustard gradually, mixing as you go for desired consistency. Pickle juice will also moisten the mixture. You can use any mustard you want; yellow was what I happened to have on hand.
