Introduction

Ingredients

    500 grs of fresh pumpkin
    2.5 cups of canned or boiled chickpeas
    1 cup Chicken broth
    500 ml of water

Directions

Chop the pumpkin and add the pieces to 3/4 of the chickpeas in a pot. Add the chicken broth and fill with water to cover the vegetables. Cook for about 25 minutes and then blend to make a creamy soup. Add the remainder 1/4 whole chickpeas.
