Ingredients

    Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 1 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") Cubed
    Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 2 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    Green Olives- small pimento stuffed (5 olives) sliced

Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate.
Serve.
Salt / Pepper to taste
