Breakfast Burrito

Introduction

Ingredients

    4 large egg whites or egg substitute
    1 tbsp fat fre emilk
    1 tsp chopped cilantro
    dash of black pepper
    cooking spray
    2tbsp reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    2 8-in low carb tortillas (La Tortilla Factory used in calculations)
    4 tbsp chopped, seeded tomato (not used)
    2 tbsp salsa

Directions

1. Whisk together first four ingredients in a medium bowl
2. Coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add egg mixture and stir to scramble
3. Sprinkle 1 tbsp choose in the center of one tortilla. Top with 1/2 egg mixture, 2 tbsp tomoato and 1tbsp salsa.
