2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins 1 bag of 3 pepper and onion blend provolone cheese flour tortillas salt pepper and garlic to taste
using two cookie sheets, one for chicken one for veggies, spice both. cooking chicken first, in broiler, slicing full breasts into smaller strips after cooked. then cook veggies til slightly browned. put chicken strips, then cheese over top of veggies and cook for two minutes, til cheese is melted and a little browned. put in flour tortillas.
