Pastry Puffs

Ingredients

Water, .5 cup
Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Egg white, 1 large
Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 3 Tbsp
Salt, .25 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large pot, bring water and butter spread to a rolling boil. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball. Transfer the dough to a large mixing bowl. Using a wooden spoon or stand mixer, beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Pipe or drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees, then turn heat down to 350 and bake for 10 more minutes until golden brown. Poke sides with a knife to release steam. Centers should be dry.
Fill pastries with meats, veggies, pudding, whipped cream, etc.
