Ingredients

    1 15 oz can of pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
    1 1.5 oz box of Jello Instant Vanilla Sugar Free Pudding Mix
    3 cups cold non fat milk
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl add Jello Pudding mix and milk. Whisk to mix well and then add the can of pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk again until smooth and well mixed. Immediately pour into 3 oz plastic Dixie cups or other small containers. Refrigerate until chilled and set. You may top with Cool Whip Lite just before serving. Just 44 calories per serving.
