Butterless Banana Bread

Ingredients

    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    * Granulated Sugar, 0.66 cup
    * *Flour, white, 1.75 cup
    * Baking Soda, 0.75 tsp
    * Cream Of Tartar, 1.25 tsp
    * Salt, 0.5 tsp
    * Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp
    * 8 tsp Chocolate Chips

Directions

Mix the wet ingredients (sugar, vanilla, banana, eggs). Then mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just blended. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
