3 STRIPS BACON, COOKED AND CRUMBLED
1/4 CUP OF SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
Directions
PEEL TOMATOES AND CUT IN HALF. SCOOP OUT MIDDLE OF EACH HALF AND DISCARD. SET EACH TOMATO HALF IN RAMIKEN SCOOPED SIDE UP. CRACK EGG INTO EACH HALF AND SPRINKLE WITH COOKED BACON AND CHEDDAR CHEESE. BAKE IN OVEN FOR 30 MIN AT 350 OR UNTIL EGG IS FULLY COOKED.
