Low calorie Lasagna

Ingredients

    Meat Sauce:
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz
    Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat, 4 oz
    Onion,1cup (diced)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (minced)
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup (remove)
    Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes, 3.5 cup
    Zucchini, fresh, 1 cup sliced,
    Cheese Filling:
    Low Fat Ricotta Cheese, 1.75 cup (15 oz)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Low-Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella cheese, 1cup
    Oregano, 2 tbsp
    Goat Cheese, Soft, 1 oz
    Topping:
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Low-Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella cheese, 2 cup

    Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles, 3 serving (9 noodles)

Directions

12 servings - Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown turkey and hamburger with onion and garlic, salt and pepper. Drain
Add stewed tomatoes and tomatoes sauce, sliced zucchini, and Italian seasoning. simmer at least 30 min, while simmering create filling and boil 6 of the lasagna noodles
For filling combine the ricotta, oregano, egg, 1 cup of the mozzarella, blend well.
Place 1/2 cup or so of sauce in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, place 3 UNCOOKED noodles then another cup of sauce, then cheese mixture, 3 of the cooked noodles then sauce, cheese filling, then the last 3 cooked noodles, top with the remaining sauce then 2 cups mozzarella and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and cook 45 min at , then remove foil cook another 10 min. Pull and let sit at least 5 minutes, serve and enjoy with a simple green salad.
