Egg and Tuna Salad

Introduction

This is a great tasting healthier salad not too loaded with fatty mayo and that give a generous portion. This is a great tasting healthier salad not too loaded with fatty mayo and that give a generous portion.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 Large Hard Boiled Eggs
    1 can Tuna in water
    2 Tbsp Mayo (light or I prefer the new mayo with olive oil)
    1/4c.spicy brown mustard or horseradish mustard
    3 tbsp pickle relish

Directions

Boil eggs then after peeling mash into small pieces. Combine eggs with tuna (drained), mayo, mustard, and relish. Place in freezer for 5-10 mins to chill. Enjoy on melba toast, whole wheat bread, cucumber slices, or celery.
