Ingredients

    1.5 cups Gold Whole Wheat Flour
    .25 cup Bob's Red Mill Ground Flax Seed Meal
    .25 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
    .25 cup Motts Unsweetened Natural Apple Sauce
    .25 cup Truvia sweetener
    2 medium bananas, mashed
    1.5 ounces raisins (one small box)
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    .25 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin pan.

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and flax meal until thoroughly mixed.

Add all remaining ingredients except raisins and combine.

Fold in raisins.

Evenly distribute in 9 wells on your muffin pan(s). Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done. Remove immediately from muffin pan and let cool or enjoy immediately!

Yield 9 muffins, one muffin per serving.
